The Electronic Forms and

Forms are created using
CyWrite Designer, an
easy-to-use graphical form design tool.
With it you can create electronic replicas of your paper forms. There’s no
programming required to use it — just point and click. You simply drop fields
onto the form and position them to identify the location of data that will come
from your business application. All form elements are
easily moved, changed, added, deleted or re-sized using the mouse. Quickly add logos,
graphics and bar codes. You decide issues such as page
sizes, font types, line spacing, boxes, colors and shading. No
need to wait for programmers to modify programs--your changes take effect
